• I will provide services in a caring and reliable way.
  • I reserve the right to cancel the agreement at any time if i feel the animal does not respond well to me.
  • I ask that all dogs left in my care are sociable with other dogs and children.
  • If necessary due to extreme weather conditions, i reserve the right to cut the walk short for the safety of myself and the animal. 
  • I am not held responsible for any veterinary bills for the animal, no matter how they occur, whilst in my care.
  • I cannot be held liable for any injury to, or loss or death of an animal, whether inside or outside your home.
  • Dogs will remain on a lead at all times outside the home, unless they are in a secure setting and permission has been given by the pets owner. 
  • I am not held responsible for any damage to your property, if access to your home is involved.
  • Medical conditions must be advised at the time of booking and if the animal has any kind of infectious condition, I reserve the right to refuse to look after the animal.
  • I ask for authorisation to handle any emergencies that may arise, but I will make every effort to contact you.
  • I request that all essential items for the animal’s care, for example food, treats, bedding are provided by yourself.
  • I ask that service cancellations are made at minimum of 24 hours notice or a fee will be charged.
  • I reserve the right to deny or stop a service because of financial concerns, inappropriate or uncomfortable situations or safety issues.

I require that for pet sitting services, payment is made in advance (online/internet banking preferred, cheques are not accepted)
